General information

1.       All of Zoom11.com's users and members are bound to these Terms of Use.

2.       This document compromises the entire agreement between you and Zoom11.com, and supersedes any prior agreements between you and Zoom11.com. Furthermore, you may be subject to additional terms of use that may apply when you use specific features on Zoom11.com or affiliate services.

3.       Zoom11.com reserves the right to change the Terms of Use at any time. You agree to review the Terms of Use periodically to be aware of any such changes. In any case you wish to cancel your membership due to changes in the Terms of Use; you may terminate your membership as provided in the Cancel Account Section below. Your continued use of Zoom11.com following the changes of the Terms OF Use constitutes acceptance of all such changes.

4.       Access to most areas of the Zoom11.com platform is free, however you are not automatically granted with all the sites privileges and some of the features and services on Zoom11.com are not free of charge. Access to the Video/Audio Chat rooms may require an additional fee, at the discretion and control of the Video/Audio Chat Host. All optional premium services are clearly marked prior to entering the specific area/chatroom.

5.       Any payments made by you for Zoom11.com services will NOT grant you any rights and/or credits to any of the site's affiliated sites/services.

6.       Zoom11.com complies with 18 U.S.C. § 2257, and its regulations. All chathosts that appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit activity (as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256) on Zoom11.com were at least eighteen years old at the time of the creation of such depictions.

Zoom11.com is not the primary producer (as that term is defined in 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(2)) of any of the visual content contained in this website. However, Zoom11.com reserves the right to have copies of a record of the ages of those persons portrayed in any sexually explicit materials on this site. Zoom11.com will not release these records unless it is required by law.

Your Account Information

1.       You hereby certify that you are at least 18 years old and agree to provide Zoom11.com with accurate, complete and up-to-date information regarding your registration and billing information. Failure to do so will be regarded as a violation of this agreement and subject you to civil and criminal liability.

2.       Once registering as a Member you will choose a password. You may not choose or use a screen name of another person, a name that is violating a third party's property rights or a screen name that is offensive or inappropriate.

3.       During your registration, it is mandatory that you download a simple program, which enables Zoom11.com to recognize some of your personal details. This is essential to the Zoom11.com fraud preventing policy.

4.       You are completely responsible and liable for all activities conducted through your account As a Member of Zoom11.com. You may not permit another person to use your Member's account. You must immediately inform Zoom11.com of any apparent violation of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of password.

5.       If your account has been terminated by Zoom11.com you may not access the Site without Zoom11.com's prior written consent. 

Canceling of your account:

You may cancel your Zoom11.com account at any time, by contacting Zoom11.com by any reasonable method. In case of cancellation, you will remain liable for all payments on your account and no credits will be converted to cash or any other form of reimbursement.

Terminating your account:

Both you and Zoom11.com may terminate your membership/account at any time. In of termination, no refund, including membership fees, will be granted. Furthermore, in any case Zoom11.com is terminated; all Memberships (of all kinds) are terminated immediately, without any prior notifications by Zoom11.com.

Billing information

1.       There is no mandatory membership fee on Zoom11.com. However, some of the features on Zoom11.com such as the Video Chats with the Hosts are optional services and will subject you to the rate set by the Video Chat Host.

2.       Video Chats prices are per-minute and are disclosed to you prior to your entrance into the Video Chat room. All other optional premium services are clearly marked.

3.       You are able to see all of your account information as well as the status of your credits on www.zoom11.com. For billing inquiries, please contact our Customer Service, at any time.

4.       Each time you use Zoom11.com you agree that Zoom11.com is authorized to charge your credit card. Your credit card issuer agreement governs your use of your designated credit card in connection with Zoom11.com. You must refer to that agreement and not these Terms of Use regarding your rights and liabilities as a credit card holder. You agree that Zoom11.com may, at its own discretion, incorporate your charges.

5.       Payments to Zoom11.com may be made by credit card, check and/or by money wires directly to the Zoom11.com bank account. Credit card charges are processed through Zoom11.com's third party processor (CCBill or PayCom), which are fully secured and guaranteed to ensure your absolute privacy. For users paying with credit cards, credit charges will appear on credit statements from CCBill *G.D.E. Group or PayCom.net *G.D.E Group. 

6.       You are responsible for carrying out all of your payment commitments to Zoom11.com on time. In case Zoom11.com does not receive the full payment on time you will be liable for all attorney and collection fees needed. In cases of termination and/or cancellation of your account you will remain liable for all payments of your account as well as other such liabilities.

7.       Zoom11.com reserves the right, at any time, to change the billing and payments methods and to add or remove other methods regarding the billing and payments issues. Zoom11.com has the right to change all and any fees and charges regarding the website. If any such change is unacceptable to you may terminate your account as written in the Cancellation Section above. Your continued use of Zoom11.com following the changes of the Terms and Use will be regarded as acceptance of all such changes.

8.       You are solely responsible for all charges associated with connecting to Zoom11.com.

9.       In any case of a charge back from your credit card to one or more charges of Zoom11.com, your account will be terminated immediately and all of your Zoom11.com credits will be forfeited. If you have any questions regarding transactions or usage of the Zoom11.com system please contact our customer service.

Refund Policy

Zoom11.com's policy is to provide refunds to Members only in specific extraordinary circumstances. This is a no-refunds policy. In some cases Zoom11.com may issue refunds to Members in the form of free credits. In any event, NO refunds will be made by cash or check. If you cancel your Zoom11.com account no credits can be converted to cash or any other form of reimbursement.

Zoom11 Content

1.       You acknowledge that all of the information and content on Zoom11.com, including but not excluding: software, photos, videos communications and other such material and/or services are provided under license by independent Hosts and/or other Members and/or by Zoom11.com and its affiliates.

2.       Zoom11.com owns a copyright in the selection, coordination and arrangement of such content and information. Zoom11.com does not prescreen and does is not responsible for content and/or information published and/or displayed on the website including in Video Chat rooms. However, Zoom11.com holds the right to remove content (as well as to immediately disconnect Members from the website) in any case Zoom11.com finds content or information as harmful, offensive or otherwise violating these Terms of Use.

3.       Content on Zoom11.com is protected by copyrights, and other intellectual and proprietary rights. Materials on Zoom11.com may not be reproduced, copied, edited, published, transmitted or uploaded in any way without written consent. By submitting content to any "public area" of Zoom11.com,( forums, message boards and public Video Chat rooms you grant Zoom11.com and its affiliates right (including any moral rights) and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, communicate to the public, perform and display the content and/or the information and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media or technology, for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content. You also permit any Zoom11.com Member and and/or authorized user to access, display, view, store and reproduce the content for personal use.

4.       Zoom11.com contains content that may be inappropriate for minors. You recognize that Zoom11.com cannot, and does not intend to, screen communication in advance between Members and Hosts as well as other content on the Site. Therefore, Zoom11.com and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any of the content provided by site users. However, Zoom11.com may choose to monitor some or all, of the content in public areas of the site. Any conduct by a Member that in Zoom11.com's sole discretion restricts or inhibits any other Member, Host or entity from using or enjoying Zoom11.com, shall entitle Zoom11.com to immediately terminate membership without advanced notice.

5.       Certain products (e.g., sex toys) which may be made available on Zoom11.com may be inappropriate for minors. Such products are not manufactured by Zoom11.com. You understand and agree to use any such products only in compliance with any manufacturer's instructions.

6.       You agree to use Zoom11.com for lawful purposes only. Under no circumstances may you use, or allow others to use,  your Zoom11.com account to:

a.       Post, promote or transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable content.

b.       Post, promote, link, transmit or facilitate the distribution of any content that may be considered obscene, including, but not necessarily limited to bestiality, incest, extreme sado-masochism or bondage presented in a sexual context, or any presentation of minors engaged in intimate physical contact or sexual situations, acted or depicted.

c.        Harass, threaten, embarrass, or cause distress, unwanted attention or discomfort upon another Member and/or user of Zoom11.com or any other person or entity;

d.       Disturb/disrupt other Members and/or Hosts while on the Site.

e.        Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to a Zoom11.com official, a chat host or impersonate a minor.

f.        Post or transmit, or cause to be posted or transmitted the following: chain letters, any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or other forms of solicitation to other Members, Hosts and/or other entities ,any communication or solicitation intended to collect password, account, or private financial information from any Member or user.

7.       Zoom11.com has the right to protect its members from offensive e-mail communication including, but not limited to, the right to block mass e-mail solicitations.

Adult activities

Parts of the Zoom11.com site are designed and intended solely for consenting adults who are age 18 and older and who wish to have access to visual images, verbal descriptions and other features and products of a sexual or an erotic essence. Certain materials on Zoom11.com may include graphic descriptions of nudity and sexual activities and should not be accessed by anyone younger than 18 years old or anyone who takes offense in such materials.

By joining the Zoom11.com site you declare that you are an adult, at least 18 years of age. You state that no person under the age of 18 will have access to the materials on the Zoom11.com site. You understand that when joining Zoom11.com you will be exposed to images, products and other features of a sexually oriented/erotic nature. Zoom11.com may not be used, viewed or downloaded an any location in which doing so would be violating a law or regulation.

1.       Upon Zoom11.coms request you agree to defend, indemnify and hold Zoom11.com harmless from any and all liabilities, claims and expenses, including attorneys fees resulting from any attempted or actual unauthorized downloading or other duplication whether solely by a Zoom11.com member or with or under the authority of any other governmental agency.

2.       Zoom11.com grants you a non-exclusive, limited license to use Zoom11.com software for personal use in accordance with this agreement. You may not translate, reverse-engineer or reverse-compile or decompile, disassemble or make acquired works from Zoom11.com software.

MEMBERS EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF ZOOM11.COM AND ITS SOFTWARE ARE AT MEMBERS SOLE RISK. ZOOM11.COM SOFTWARE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" FOR YOUR OWN PERSONAL USE, WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ZOOM11.COM DOWS NOT ENDORSE, WARRANT OR GUARANTEE ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE OFFERED THROGH THE SITE. ZOOM11.COM DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT MEMBERS WILL BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE SERVICE AT ALL TIMES AND LOCATIONS WITHOUT INTERRUPTIONS. ZOOM11.COM DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE INFORMATION, TEXT, GRAPHICS, LINKS OR OTHER ITEMS CONTAINED ON THE SITE. INFORMATION ON ZOOM11.COM MAY CHANGE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

ZOOM11.COM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OF THE INFORMATION FOUND ON THE SITE. SHOULD THE MATERIALS OR SERVICES PROVIDED PROVE DEFECTIVE AND/OR CAUSE ANY DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT OR ANY LOSS OR INCONVENIENCE TO MEMBER OR USER, MEMBER ASSUMES THE ENTIRE COST AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DAMAGE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ZOOM11.COM BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR (I) ANY DEFECT, DEFICIENCY, BREAKDOWN, FAILURE OR OTHER MALFUNCTIONS IN THE WEBSITE OR IN ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, FEATURES OR DEVICES MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE WEBSITE; (II) ANY MISUSE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, FEATURES OR DEVICES MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE; (III) ANY VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE BY YOU, INCLUDING ANY REPRESENTATIONS MADE BY YOU; AND/OR (III) ANY DAMAGES ARISING DIRECTLY AND/OR INDIRECTLY FROM OR BY REASON OF ANY BODILY INJURY OR PERSONAL INJURIES KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, RESULTING FROM ANY ACCIDENT THAT MAY OCCUR AS A RESULT OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN ZOOM11.COM OR ANY ACTIVITIES IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SITE AND ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, FEATURES, DEVICES (E.G., ADULT TOYS) AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE, WHETHER BY NEGLIGENCE OR NOT.

Additional Terms of Use

Zoom11.com may have additional Terms of Use that are published on specific pages of the Site, and will become, an integral part of this agreement. Zoom11.coms performance of these Terms of Use are subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in these Terms of Use is in derogation of Zoom11.coms right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Service or information provided to or gathered by Zoom11.com with respect to such use. Unless otherwise specifically provided, the provisions of these Terms of Use shall survive its termination.

Zoom11.com allows you to share information with other Members and/or Hosts and/or users. You are not to submit, publish, or display on the site any inaccurate, abusive, threatening, racially offensive, or illegal material. Transmission of such material that violates any federal, state, or local law is prohibited and is a violation of these Terms of Use. You may not engage in advertising, or solicitation of other Members and/or users to buy or sell any products or services through Zoom11.com without prior written consent. You are solely responsible for information you send, or display through Zoom11.com even if a claim should arise after termination of service. All messages entered into Zoom11.com can and may be read by the operators of Zoom11.com, whether or not they are the intended recipient(s).

Mail/messages

Zoom11.com may dispense messages/notices to you by means of electronic messages through the Site, by a general posting on the Site, or by conventional mail. You may dispense messages/notices to Zoom11.com by electronic messages, conventional mail, telephone or fax unless otherwise specified in these Terms of Use.
