Great tips

Great tips for Zoom11.com videochat hosts:

We're happy to welcome you to our team of fabulous videochat hosts!
We have put together a list of useful tips and important advice that will help you increase your income and expand your fan club!

• Availability
It's important that you are ready and able to chat anytime that users can find you online. Always update your Host schedule so that your guests will know when they can catch you, and when you plan to be online, be online! Remember that your guests are paying for their time with you so make sure to give them your full attention. Try to stay in front of the camera and not to leave the room while you're in the middle of a session.

• Create the right atmosphere
Give some thought to the environment you are in while hosting your guests. The right clothes, props and lighting can help you create an intimate space where your guests can fully enjoy your show. Also important is keeping your room closed and quiet, where you can chat with no interruptions from phone calls or tv/radio.

• Direct communication
Let your guests know that you are live just for them and not pre-recorded. Interact with them by looking directly at them and responding to their questions/comments. Make them feel special even if they're not the only ones online with you.

• Chatting
The longer your guests chat the more you earn, so keep them chatting! Leading your guests into conversation is a great way to keep them online and make sure that they come back for more. Be warm and friendly and take an interest in them by listening and responding. Be a friend to your guests, and ask them about their lives, learn their names, their likes and dislikes. Let them know that you're there for them even if they just want to talk about their day at work.

• Free chat
The free chat is a great way to attract new guests to your chatroom. You can let them know how hot your room is and what they're missing out on by not seeing you in private. Describe everything that's going on in your room, ask them questions and prompt them to buy credit and join in on all the fun.
Don't forget - free chat is only for teasing, please wear cloths in free chat.

• Bring a friend
Encourage your guests to bring their friends to your chatroom by offering them discounts or special surprises.

• Dare to be different
Don't be boring by doing what everyone else does. Instead be original and creative. Think of special props or costumes that will make you stand out.

• Audio
Letting your guests hear you is a great way to grab their attention and add another dimension to your videochat. Let them hear you speak and laugh, all you need is a microphone and a soundcard.

• Promotional Videos
Members can view your promotional videos for free so your promo could be just the thing to convince them to become paying guests. So create a tempting promotional video and drive the traffic to your videochat room!

• Good Service
One of the most important things to remember is that your guests are paying customers. If they have questions, try to answer them. If they have special requests, see if you can honor them. Give them a good reason to come back!

• Your Rating
A good rating is your key to earning money and attracting new guests, as well as for raising your fees.  Your guests can rate you for your service, appearance, attentiveness and more. The more stars the more money, so remind your guests to rate you before they leave your chatroom!

• Self Promotion
You can use slow hours to your advantage by promoting yourself and at the same time giving your guests individual attention. Some examples: send emails to your mailing list,  send personal messages to your v.i.p. clients.

• The Right Equipment
There is some basic equipment that you need for a successful videochat: a quality webcam, a dependable internet connection and of course, a good computer. A microphone and sound card are also recommended (but not mandatory) so that your guests can hear you. A guest who sees a clear picture of you is more likely to return in the future.
